I love this app. When I'm having trouble sleeping, it definitely helps me relax. I can choose the set for Chakra aligning or just listen to the Tiben bowls. I set the timer on how long I want the session to last and it's all good from there. And most times, I fell better in the morning after falling asleep listening.Jax Teller

we use it for sleeping, and we all have a good vibrant sleep, we set the timer to six hours, and we wakeup vitalize and energize. we specifically use the health and hope healing is done internally as we sleep, we also use devinity on the morning wakeup prayer.
