Spiritual journey – What is that!?

It can be tricky, confusing, and even dangerous for beginners.
Development of the Heart/Anahata chakra is considered the safest and most “human” approach in most spiritual schools.
By developing the virtues of the Heart we become complete, real human beings, growing and living our full evolutionary potential.

“Every human being when falling in love becomes a witness, even of a drop of the Bliss, which for the human of the future will be a permanent and common state of consciousness.”

A.A.Makaja

The “love” that we experience on the level of the heart chakra differs from the “love” of the second chakra (Swadhistana). “Sexual love” is the love of the polarities (Raga and Dvesha). Within people who have not purified the second chakra it can easily switch from love to hate, passion to anger, excitement to apathy…
At the level of Anahata chakra, love becomes a state of mind, a way of existence. Falling in love as a phenomenon can be observed as very intense activity and radiation of the Heart chakra. Love becomes an active approach and can exist without external triggers and stimuli.
Love and compassion radiate to everything and everybody.
A simple check of the level of achievement of the above statement is – mistakes and vises of other people are not going on our nerves, we accept everybody with its limitations and we have a heart full of compassion, understanding, natural support, and very important – courage and active engagement in the life as such.
